• Information you send us. When you use our contact or file intake form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, company, NMLS number, and details about a loan scenario, which may include a borrower’s name, property state, loan type, and lender.
• What we ask you not to send. Our forms are not designed for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or documents. Please don’t include them. Loan documents are exchanged only through your loan origination system or a secure link we provide.
• Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and site performance. These tools do not use cookies and report aggregated information, such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, and country.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, set up a file you send us, or discuss becoming a processing partner.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox). They process information only to provide those services to us.

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
